If one’s health and wellness get better when we eat and drink better, can you imagine how much better it will become when we BREATHE better?
The effects of good food and drink are experiencing more directly in our physical health. Similarly, the effects of good breath are experienced more directly in our levels of energy.
We may be able to choose the quality of our food and drink that we ingest but when we eat in better ways (slowly, chewing well and allowing enough saliva in each morsel) the good effect of that food on our well-being becomes more pronounced.
Unfortunately, most usually have little control over the quality of air we breathe but if we can at least breathe better (slower, deeper, more relaxed) the effect of that breath on our energy is extremely good.
A good digestive system helps with whatever we eat. A well-functioning digestive system can break down even hard to digest foods.
Similarly, a well-functioning Pranamaya Kosha helps with the energy in the system. For that the Nadis and lungs must operate well. That means they must be cleansed effectively and regularly!
When we breathe better our energy flows easily to all parts, all organs, every cell of the body!
There are an estimated 50 trillion cells in the body and each cell has an electrical charge which is needed to help it function and to communicate with the brain, the nervous system. Without energy nothing can function. With adequate energy, everything is better placed to function at its best.
When we breathe better, every organ, every cell gets enough energy to perform all the functions they are responsible for, leading to great health, wellness and more.
