Q. – ‘How can Breath impact our quality of life?’ – KJN

Life begins with the first breath and ends with the last. As long as breath flows, life flows within. When the breath stops, life goes!

These are known to all though few are usually aware or conscious of this important fact. We merely take breath for granted…like all those things that become easily available to us.

To most, breath is just something that happens on its own. And, because one does not need to struggle to get the next breath, he pays it zero attention.

However, those who do pay attention to their breath, it starts opening its secrets and amazing gifts.

Breath, not only gives life, it can give a lot of all that we need while we live, like good health, peace of mind, wellness and more.

Our quality of life and that which defines it may vary according to different people.

But, there can be no great quality of life when one is ill mentally, physically, emotionally or spiritually.

When one is well in all these areas, he may perform and experience life in ways that most can only dream of.

However, to be able to perform well in the body, mind, emotions and spirit one has to either be born very lucky or gifted. Most may need to take special measures to achieve that balance.

Breath is one activity which, when done consciously and well, can lead to a beautiful balance in all areas of life. His spiritual, mental, emotional and physical well-being can reach levels that are both uncommon and very rewarding.

A healthy body and mind accompanied by balanced positive emotions and a good spurit can create conditions where one can perform and experience well in all major areas of life…they are too varied and numerous to be listed….

In many of my breathwork programs and sessions I often remind participants to improve the quality of their breath, because ‘to breathe better is to live better.’
