As the smile-drenched breath moves into and through your being, it passes through the chakras, cleansing and washing away the debris of negativity in the chakras…
Initially, smiling without a reason will feel hard, unnatural and even difficult! That’s because the human mind has the ability to create both difficulty where there is none and ease even when things are apparently hard. So, the difficulty stems from rigidity in the mind.
Rigidity in the mind creates frigidity in the body! When there’s frigidity, naturally, movement of any kind is difficult. Minds that are easy-going…there are some and they can be created with some attention and effort…usually don’t find it difficult to initiate a smile and to hold it as long as necessary.
Once you become smile-drenched, chances are your ego will start taking a beating. That’s not easy for most to accept. It takes an iron will to let the ego go through with the beating. But the rewards, when they start coming, will be beyond expectations. In any case, the part towards the higher self needs a certain amount of chastisement for the ego.
Remember, it’s the ego-mind-emotion combo that’s at the root of almost all your problems. And, they’re the ones that keep manufacturing more of those endlessly. So, a little wake-up call for the ego is usually a wonderful thing. It will help you on your journey higher…
As the ego-mind-emotion triumvirate is reined in, a certain level of ease will begin to manifest in your life. Things will change! A lot of the old stuff, situations, environment, friends, associates etc might start falling away…like dead skin!
Let it happen!
It’s when the old is gone that the new will appear.
So, begin to drench your breath with that full smile and start working magic where it matters most…inside you!
