That little muscle and its surrounding muscle groups at the muladhara can influence the quality of your life far more deeply than you could have ever imagined.
There are three major though small muscle groups in that region – the sphincter, the perineum and the uro-genital. This is based on my own long observations and confirmation from the references I’ve found online. There’s a fourth, which is probably very small and subtle but one that can also play a major role in the movement of energy.
Individually and collectively these muscle groups can fine tune aspects of your being in meaningful and effective ways.

While Ashwini Mudra is very well-known, understood and appreciated, it can be read about online. It’s very powerful. Indeed and all must familiarise themselves with this mudra and learn it well. However, it needs to be exercised sensibly and with caution.
When knowledge and application of Ashwini mudra is combined with muladhara bandha, kegel exercises, Hanuman Master Breath and the Lotus Opening Program, amazing results and benefits will be seen.
Many conditions like hemorrhoids, pelvic floor dysfunction, ED (Erectile Dysfunction), aches and pains, fibromyalgia, sciatica, depression, panic, anxiety, digestion, insomnia and others can be reversed and cured.
There are three channels that I call Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh channels which connect the Sahasrara to Muladhara and when these channels are utilized to activate the Muladhara the results are both fast and more powerful.
To learn the secrets of the Muladhara it helps to watch one’s breath which acts like a probe which sheds light on the inner organs and their working!
