The first part was on the basics of Shiva and Shakti or energy and consciousness within our beings, their pathways and things needed to ensure they are cultivated easily within our beings.

This part explains in brief the effects on consciousness when energy reaches different chakras.

At the Muladhara, energy activates the prithivi tattva and it expresses itself as physical consciousness. One’s attention is majorly on physical survival and it may trigger an excessive interest in food (notice how many animals are similarly focused?). When this propensity is checked or controlled energy can move higher…

At the swadhisthana, water element is activated and that triggers pleasure consciousness. Notice how powerfully desire for sex is experienced when energy is focused there.

With energy at the Manipura, fire tattva is in action. It brings one’s consciousness to focus on power and influence over others.

Most, at these levels, are so entirely obsessed with survival, pleasure or power and influence that it becomes a trap for them that can repeatedly tangle them in unnecessary and ridiculous karmic bonds. Breaking away from them and freeing oneself for an inner journey towards higher consciousness becomes a real challenge. Sadhana of different sorts helps immensely and of them, breathwork techniquesay well be the most effective.

Excessive obsession over these interests can limit one’s consciousness and trap them endlessly in karmic cycles. So, if one can overcome their dependence and focus on survival (food), pleasure (sex) and power (money, influence over others) they can channel their energy to higher levels of consciousness.

With energy at Anahata (vatu or air element), one becomes more loving and compassionate. One can act out of love even for strangers and other living beings.

When Vishuddhi (akash or space element) is activated, one’s creativity and ability to express well becomes developed. One might start sharing their creativity to help make a positive impact on all around.

Naturally, one can experience negative aspects of these as well so one always needs to be extra aware.

When one’s energy is able to continue rising (and that means one should have been extremely vigilant about the use of their energy to have enough for continued ascension) the next level is the ajna (third eye chakra) where automatic knowing, clarity and insights begin to be experienced. At this stage, kundalini energy bestows a deep level of inner wisdom.

At the Sahasrara a deep level of oneness may be experienced. One easily sees the deeper truth of all around and all sense of separation and ‘otherness’ can begin to melt away.

The amazing thing about higher consciousness is that life equips one with higher consciousness with the resources needed to express that easily.

Higher consciousness may lead to one giving up their own ego attachments but that does not mean that life leaves them abandoned or marooned on an island. In fact, higher consciousness can make one more able to be engaged and willing to help raise others in unique ways…

The easiest and easily measurable way to optimize inner Shiva and Shakti is the SWA-TANTRA KRIYA program…
