How you vibrate means how you feel NOW – happy, grateful, peaceful, creative, contented, loving, positive etc or sad, depressed, angry, frustrated, fearful, insecure, vengeful, jealous, negative etc.

How you feel is your vibration. The way you vibrate will determine the thoughts you generate.

Feelings and thoughts feed each other and create a vibratory loop. Good, positive thoughts generate good, positive feelings and happy, positive feelings generate happy positive thoughts.

Feelings are energy-centric and thoughts are consciousness-centric.

Attention is your steering. Like a driver steering his car along a certain path.

If your attention is on a good, happy, grateful, positive path, that’s where you will arrive. If your attention is on frustrated, angry, depressed type of negative thoughts, that’s where you will reach.

Since thoughts cannot be directly controlled, esp, not if the feelings are of insecurity, fear, lack, anger etc, it makes sense to first bring your attention to the present moment – NOW.

Focusing on the breath is an easy and effective way to steer the mind into the present moment.

To ANY and EVERY sensible human being, there are enough things to be grateful about, no matter how difficult or traumatic their life has been. If they bring their attention to the sense of gratitude NOW, the feelings being generated can turn a little more happy, calm, positive.

With regular practice, this can begin to change the vibration they emit. This will help them generate more positive thoughts.

When energy and consciousness are both positive, one will begin to steer themselves on a more rewarding path.

Once one begins to vibrate positively, life will begin to bring more positive experiences, too!

However, this is not a one day or one week project because any structure takes time to be established. Unless the old negative structure slowly falls away and a new structure replaces it, the results will not be consistent.

By keeping one’s attention on the NOW and filling it with positive reinforcement like gratitude, generosity, willingness to help etc soon a positive new structure will come up that emits powerful vibrations.

Such a mind begins to become a powerful friend and guide. Any human being whose mind becomes his friend, rather than enemy, is sure to succeed at creating a wonderful rewarding life…

Remember to keep your attention on the breath and learn to slowly guide it up the spine where different levels of consciousness are arrayed along the sushumna.

As your attention begins to guide your energy up the spine, your consciousness will change from one of lack, fear, insecurity, anger, guilt etc to those of calmness, joy, satusfactions, contentment, compassion and more…

When energy and consciousness begin their tango in the higher levels of consciousness, your heart and vibrations will also begin to break out in dance, song and happiness…
