Accessing Higher Consciousness
The greatest lessons in life have to do with consciousness.
Karma teaches…and the lessons are about consciousness.
As long as we do not learn the lessons and expand our consciousness, we continue with the same or similar experiences…
Once we learn and truly internalize these lessons, they become a part of our consciousness and then we are ready for the next learning and next growth and next promotion in the class of consciousness…
After all, the one thing that characterizes and sets apart 84 lac yonis (species?) Of creatures is consciousness…
Human beings are the only beings on earth who seem able to consciously and intentionally raise their consciousness…
Nothing else really matters as far as being human is concerned…
Higher consciousness is often referred to as God-ness because higher the consciousness is, greater is the ability to create.
When one’s consciousness reaches progressively higher levels, their ability to do and create also rises naturally…
Often, those with a reasonably high consciousness succeed in creating simply by wishing…
And this ‘ability’ is potentially available to all human beings…
But, before it becomes easily accessible, one has to put in disciplined effort …sadhana!
The earth is a very tiny part of the universe and experiences on earth are also, naturally, a tiny part of what is possible in the universe…
However, earth is like a school for higher consciousness…and if we can learn to expand our consciousness we will have accomplished our greatest purpose.
To be able to expand our consciousness at a good pace, it becomes imperative we remain aware of our thoughts, emotions, actions, words, choices etc.
And, when we learn to channel energy higher up the sushumna, it helps access the higher chakras (levels of consciousness) with that much greater ease…
It adds another tool in our armoury in our fight against our lower self…which tries to pull us down the whirlpool of karmic action-reaction-reaction-reaction-reaction…endlessly? Only when we make a conscious effort to break the cycle can we pull ourselves of the karmic whirlpool of lower consciousness…
May you rise to your highest level of consciousness…
