A Few Thoughts on Kundalini
Many people often ask about kundalini and if their kundalini has awakened based on certain experiences they may have had.
Here is a brief look at kundalini and what happens when it ‘awakens’. Take a look and see if this answers your questions and clarifies your doubts…
Kundalini is Shakti…source and potential energy.
Awakening means it starts moving up via the sushumna which passes through all the major chakras. These chakras are levels or different types of consciousness. As kundalini energy reaches a certain chakra it activates it which means one starts expressing a different consciousness (attitude, interests etc) than earlier.
Sometimes, due to karmic residue, one’s kundalini energy may get stuck at a certain level. That’s when one’s behaviour is ‘out of whack’…
The path of the kundalini is sushumna and keeping the sushumna clean and clear helps it move up relatively easily…
Just because kundalini has stirred it does not mean it’s awakened.
If it’s awakened, one’s consciousness should have evolved or started evolving.
Truly awakened kundalini should be able to easily reach the sahasrara (crown) chakra….
Based on this info, you may assess what youry experience may have been and how awakened your kundalini might be…
