Poor Homeless Souls Finding Ananda and Sending Prayers For All, 28th December, 2025
RPOBF’s Lakes Initiative, Session 31 on 28th December, 2025, after a break of two weeks, saw participation of 24 including 7/8 children.
Shwas doot, Ridhi Bothra taught the poor and homeless yoga and chanting and gratitude and to pray for the well-being of all with the powerful prayer, ‘Lokah samastah sukhino bhavantu’…
They practiced breathwork for expelling kapha and breathing better in addition to Hanuman Master Breath to help them channel energy higher.
Requests for medicines were photographed and will be distributed in the next session.
Young pharmaceuticals entrepreneur, Sidharth Chowdhary, an amazing young man dropped by and insisted on contributing to the welfare of the poor and distributed the participation ‘fee’.
