The session was a powerful mix of yoga, chanting, breathwork and laughter.
Shwas Doot Ridhi Bothra led the yoga, chanting and laughter and I helped with breathwork.
As usual, packets of refreshments were handed out along with a few more mats.
New participants continue to show up and fill in for some of the absent ones. At this rate, participation will grow slowly and organically.
Keshub Purkayastha, a paralysis patient is making huge improvements even as others continue to experience reduction of phlegm, gastritis, indigestion and other common ailments.
Requests for medication were photographed and will be distributed in the next session. Participation fee of Rs 50/- was also distributed among them.
The next Tridosha Balancing (Phlegm Reduction for Respiratory Health) course to help as many as possible improve their breathing is being planned for a start around mid-November.
Resources are running thin but we’ll not stress over that and leave things in Hanumanji’s hands…
