Negative feelings, thoughts etc create negative vibrations and vice-versa. While it’s not always easy to overcome these, certain practices can be of great and immediate help.

Mantra chanting and breathing up the sushumna are among techniques that can bring immediate results and help us change thoughts, feelings, vibrations.

On occasion, everyone can be affected by these negative states – some more and some less. However, while we must be aware of their presence and acknowledge their impact on us, the sooner we are able to alter our vibrations the better we can control the mind and therefore, life!

All forms of negativity generated by us tie us up in negative loops of karma and bondages.

The sooner we can break loose, the better we can direct our choices and live much more rewarding and meaningful lives.

All kinds of adhyatmic practices bring us positive results. Mantra chanting and pranayama or breathwork are among my favorites.

They can be done anywhere, anytime and usually do not depend on any external conditons.

Gayatri mantra is known to be among the most powerful Vedic mantras. Acharya Shri Ram Shastri ji of Shanti Kunj is among the most venerated gurus who helped many benefits from the correct use of Gayatri mantra.

Combining Gayatri mantra with a single breath and channeling it down to the muladhara through Shakti channels along the front and then up the sushumna and lateral channels along the back can yield extremely quick and effective results.

Those who are unaware of these SWA-TANTRA KRIYA insights and practices may simply guide their breath and energy down the front and then up along the back. Slowly, they will begin to gain a lot from.tye practices.

Mantra chanting creates vibrations and when these vibrations resonate and are channeled throughout the body, it brings excellent results.

Naturally, cleansing the nadis, activating the sushumna and chakras will add to the experience immensely. Until that is done, one can begin taking advantage of the combined mantra-breath along the Microcosmic Circuit. Yes, the breath can be channeled until the Muladhara and from there up the sushumna. This itself is a powerful and very cleansing practice. Mantra chanting adds a while new dimension to it. And, Gayatri mantra can help do a lot more! Together they can help raise vibrations and consciousness…in fairly quick time…
