On October 12-13, 2024, Rajyogi  conducted a unique breathwork workshop at Yale University. This two-day event focused on exploring the profound potential of breath through guided practices such as belly breathing and the Hanuman Master breath technique. Participants had the opportunity to dive deep into the art of breathwork, learning how to use the breath to calm the mind, manage stress, and heal from within.
